Day 16 Fitness Ridge

Today started with Pilates with Anna Marie at 6:00am.  I was thrilled to find out that I could do things in her class that last week were impossible.  It is absolutely amazing how one week can change my body so drastically.  In fact, my body was at ease in all my classes today so I plan on taking Anna Marie's yoga class which I swore I wouldn't take again.

Breakfast today was green frittata and fruit.  Basically a layer of potato with egg and avocado, and a touch of cilantro. I didn't take a picture because I took a picture of a similar one in an earlier blog post.  Paige told us about the hike plans for the week, and sent us in vans with our guides.  We didn't know where we were going until we got in the van.  This is very different.  Today was about judging everyones level of hiking and I believe they reported to Paige what level they thought we all are.  So they posted the van number we will be in all week, but we have no clue what hike or what guides till tomorrow.

Our hike today was once again Chuckwalla.  It is a beautiful hike which I actually enjoy.  A lot of the guest have been here before and our group only had one person that was new to Fitness Ridge.

On our return from the hike we had a choice of pool or mountain class.  I opted for mountain, which is a bit harder than pool.  I took it up to the top, level 25 on the bike.  My feet have been bothering me all day so I didn't really want to push it with the treadmill. (but did later anyway)

Lunch was chili and cornbread, first time there was no soup.  I am not a fan of beans, but like every meal I eat what they serve.  It was actually quite good and a favorite for many people here.

After lunch I iced my feet and knees then took a power nap.  After my nap we had pool.  A good portion of the people in my pool class are new to Fitness Ridge.  I showered quickly after pool, then taped my foot before cardio circuit class.  I made a point of being near the ab machines because I am really trying to add to my ab workout for the next 2 weeks.  I did the highest incline on the treadmill today which is a 15, and also ran at 5.0 when I didn't have the incline raised.  After circuit, it was time for John, who didn't disappoint anyone, and made sure to do his lunges using 2 spinning bike seats.  Its hard not to smile when he is teaching classes.  I really do love the trainers at Fitness Ridge, they are awesome!  In John's step and pump class I found that my balance has improved leaps and bounds.  So all in all I am finding that my body has come extremely far in 2 weeks.  Although I miss my family, it makes me wonder what 2 months here would do.  No worries to my family I am coming home in 2 weeks!!  And I can step it up at home and I will!

Dinner was the famous purple mashed potaoes with chicken and aspargus, and grilled pineapple for dessert.  It was good as usual.  I took 2 bags of ice and a cup of hot tea back to my room so I can ice my sore feet and knees and relax with a nice cup of vanilla nut decaf tea.

In closing, today was a tough day because some family friends were in a car accident and 2 of the occupents of the car died.  I am very grateful that 2 more will recover from their injuries thanks to seat belts.  Accidents happen and we have no way of preventing them.  But when we give in to the temptations of bad food choices and don't get enough exercise, we are allowing ourselves to age prematurely.  We cause our bodies to get sick with illnesses that could have been prevented if we only took care of our bodies.  Where ever you are in you life right now, you have an opportunity to be in good health, maybe you are.  But if you are not, think about how fragile life is, and make everyday count.  Think about the future of your health and how important it is to take care of yourself so you don't end up a statistic.  Our bodies can bounce back quick from the damage we cause, so love your body by feeding it quality food and by moving.  It is up to YOU, believe in yourself and think about how you don't want to end up in a hospital bed hearing, this could have been prevented "if".  Get rid of the "if" and make it "so".  YOU CAN BE THE HEALTHY PERSON YOU KNOW IS INSIDE!!

Day 15 Fitness Ridge

Wow, first I must say typing its day 15 I am amazed that 2 weeks have gone by already.  The strenuous workouts that we get here as well as our daily hikes seem to make the week just fly by.  No matter how much work it takes you to get through a week before you know it, the weekend is here and you have survived another week.

For me not weighing in, I measure my successes here by looking in the mirror and seeing less of a chin, or smaller thighs.  And the weekend brings the only time I wear jeans, and that measures my weight loss as they get looser and looser each week.  As I start week 3 here at The Biggest Loser Resort at Fitness Ridge, excitement feels me as I look forward to the successes and challenges in front of me.

I did very little today, but I managed to organize things and do my laundry and even did a fresh manicure.  Although it is not recommended to do cardio on Sunday, I have decided to take a little extra time every day to work on my abs, since its a sensitive spot for me.  So I sneaked in the gym and used the ab equipment.  I am really glad I have decided to add that extra workout each day.
After all, I am here to get the best work out for ME.

Sunday finds a lot of hugs good bye as our guest move on back in to the real world.  There they will have to make the right decisions on their own.  Where the temptations lay in front of them in their homes, or down at the local restaurant.  There is no trainer telling them to step it up and tell them they can do it.  It is time to take what they have learned here and make it work in their own life.  I wish each and everyone of them the best with their new found lifestyle.  The tools are learned here, and ready to be brought in to the reality of life.

Tonight welcomes the newcomers, and this week is full of reunion people.  Many guest have been here before and our back for more structure.  It is a place that will call you back, because it teaches you so much about you, and your abilities.  You will leave here saying "I CAN DO IT".  I already know with 2 weeks still to go, I will miss this place, from the structure, the food, the staff and the absolutely wonderful trainers.  I am already planning my return next year.

Tomorrow starts a new trial with the  hikes and I will blog more about that as it unfolds.

As for now, I am ready for another week of getting fit.

I decided to share some photos of Fitness Ridge today, from my perspective.

I posted pictures of the jacuzzi, front reception area, aerobic room, computer room, pro shop, laundry room,  and gym.  So until tomorrow, focus on what positive step you can take to make tomorrow a healthy day.

Day 14 Fitness Ridge

Saturday is always a great day at Fitness Ridge.  Today is the day that celebrates your weeks accomplishments. Many people "test out" which means they get weighed and measured, and many more test out on Sunday.  You have the option to get weighed if you are staying, but I once again decline the scale.  I can't let that define my progress here at the Ridge.  Today after breakfast, those leaving take their last hike and last class, the rest of us know its the end of our week and shortly we will have the opportunity to catch our breath and take in some rest before Monday starts with another week of the same intensity.  I chose Stop Sign again, and since timing the hike was an age old tradition, many of us still want to time ourselves and use our watches.  I shaved off 15 minutes today, a HUGE achievement from last weeks Stop Sign hike.  Saturdays are a hike and a class and this week my last class was the best, it was stretch.  What an awesome way to end the week.  I think the stretching we do eliminates a lot of the muscle pain I would have.  Anna Marie had us almost sleeping by the end of the class.

Lunch today was Asian chicken wrap and pepper soup.  The soup was my favorite so far, which really surprised me.  After lunch I took a cup of hot tea to my room where I planned on staying till dinner.

Today is the day you can take your time in the shower, and you might put on make up and do your hair.  It is also a day a lot of us put on something other than workout clothes.  It's funny because so many of us look so different when we clean up, as we call it here.  I decided to wear the jeans I came here in 2 weeks ago, and to my amazement they have gotten bigger.  In fact, I am able to slip them off without unbuttoning or unzipping them.  When I realized that, I had an impulse to try on my smaller "goal" pants that I bought.  Two weeks ago I put my goal pants on just to see how they fit, and they didn't get passed my thighs, today I buttoned and zipped them up.  So basically I am down a pant size in just 2 weeks!  I pampered myself a little by painting my toes, something that is second nature at home is almost not even a thought when you are here.  I also got out my needle and thread today and took my bathing suits in 2 inches in hopes to not be in a baggy suit next week.  Who needs a scale when my pants and bathing suits are telling me I have lost weight.

Dinner tonight everyone looked cleaned up, nice hair, make up, real clothes and lots of smiles.  It is really exciting hearing the numbers of those that tested out already.  One girl lost 17 pounds and 20" and she didn't have a lot to lose.  There was a lot of great numbers and even better inches lost.  I am hopeful for my own test out in two weeks.  Sometimes the idea of two more weeks seem so exhausting, but truly every week I get stronger and stronger.  After dinner is graduation and we watch a video of everyone working out all week.  We then pass the microphone, I said "This is week 2 of 4 for me, and I had my roughest day on Thursday, but I decided to make my Friday a better day.  Just know you are going to have a "bad" day, but make the decision to make the next day a better one."  and of course I mentioned my pants falling off and my goal pants fitting me already.  Each week you do the program you get a reward, week one a tee shirt, being my second weeks I got a hat, next week I get a gym bag and my last week I get a jacket.  I said good bye to a lot of wonderful beautiful people this week I will truly miss them.  Many of us will stay in touch and even visit each other.

After graduation 22 of us when bowling we were split up in 5 teams on the lanes.  It was a combination of guest and staff bowling.  We had a good time, after two weeks of seeing nothing but mountains and gyms it was nice to get out and do and see something else.

Tomorrow as the last of the guest depart, a whole bunch of new guest will arrive.  We will have our meet and greet and dinner and then start another week of hikes and workouts.  We are changing our lives one day at a time.  With the support from the staff and trainers as well as from the fellow guest, it is easy to push yourself to YOUR limit.  I am ready for week three and the changes it will make not only in my appearance, but mentally.  It is life changing and wonderful.

I look forward to a day of rest tomorrow and hope you remember that YOU need ONE day to rest as well.  So if you are working out and exercising every day remember to rest one day a week.  If you are not working out at all try and workout just a little, then add a little more next week.  Remember this is something we all can do.  You only have one life, and it is 100% up to you to make it the best life you can live.

YOU CAN DO IT!

Day 13 Fitness Ridge

Oh, what a difference a day makes.  Yesterday was probably my toughest day here at Fitness Ridge.  I was tired all day, my hike reminded me that my foot was not cooperating.  And my emotions were explosive.  Every day brings different challenges, and that is one of things we do here, we overcome our challenges.  I did find myself tearing here and there from the shear agrevation that my foot may slow me down.  After icing my foot last night and taking my vitamin I, (Ibruprofen) I decided today was going to be a better day.

This morning I chose to sleep in I felt I needed more sleep.  I taped my foot and put my hiking sneakers on and headed for our morning breakfast.  Today was the yogurt parfait, not one of my favorites but knowing that it is full of the necessary nutrients to keep me going till lunch, I eat it.  I chose "hidden pinnion" today for my hike.  Oh what a beautiful hike this one is.  I wish my camera could show just how beautiful the colors are on that hike.  We start down at the bottom of the mountains and hike our way up.  My challenge today, was hiking to the top of "piano rock".  Last week we found an alternative way down the mountain so we didn't have to go up to it.  Today was the day that I took the steep incline straight up to that rock.  I was gleaming with joy, that this time there was no intimidation, I felt confident that I could do the hike.  What a difference a week can make here!  That pretty much set my day on the right path.

This pile of rocks pictured here, is the wishing rocks.  You make a wish and throw a rock in the pile if it falls off the pile it won't come true.  My rock didn't fall off the pile, so I am going to have a great next two weeks.

Fabulous Fridays you have choices of workouts all day.  So on my return from the hike I did Cardio Intervals which has always been a class I found extremely difficult.  But not anymore, week two and its all good in that class for me.  Marjorie not only was my guide on the hike but also the instructor for this class.  On our hike we didn't get to go back to our original parking lot and I was bummed because it was less of a workout. I told Marjorie, I wish you let me know I would have loved to go get the van with you.  She said if it happens again its a go.   I will hold her to it!

Lunch today was Parsnip Soup and Caesar Salad.  Every soup here has been pretty tasty, although the salad lacked flavor.  There is a salad bar where I could have reached for one of the dressings, but I ate it as the chef prepared it.  I never add extra calories to my day, never!

Following lunch was our next week attendees meeting, where we share our greatest achievements and talk about what is coming for next week.
We are starting another new program with the hikes.  They will pick groups to hike together and you will hike with the same group all week.  You will have the same guides all week as well.  You will also be assigned your hikes and not pick them yourself.  It is the first week trying it and they are open for suggestions if something doesn't work well.

I chose the following 3 classes to finish my day, Total Body Conditioning, Cardio Circuit and ended it with Cardio Disco Jam.  A guest, Nicole went and bought 2 disco shirts at Target to wear today one for her, the other for this guy Jeff.  They surprised John our Disco Jam instructor by wearing the apparel for the 3:30 class.  I took it one step further and wore one of the shirts for the 4:30 class.  We do make time for fun and games here.

Dinner tonight was BBQ grilled eggplant with a turkey burger, followed by a cranberry sorbet, all "yummy"!

Theresa, one of my blog followers came this week for 2 weeks.  She had the opportunity to stay another week and is going to.  We hit it off right away and look forward to hanging and hopefully hiking together the next 2 weeks.  There are a lot of friendships made here with having so much in common with the other guest.

My day was great, I didn't let my foot ruin my day.  I took every challenge and succeeded and am icing my foot as I type to get it ready for tomorrow where I will once again conquer the "stop sign".

Devin Alexander, host of Healthy Decadence on Fit TV and author of 4 cookbooks including 2 Biggest Loser  cookbooks has been here for the past 3 days, and had some disco fun in the Cardio Disco Jam class. (Cat, Devin and Theresa in this picture.)

I have nearly survived my second week here at the Ridge, and I have noticed my double chin is almost gone, and my biceps are turning into guns.  I haven't weighed myself, and will pass on the option once again this weekend.  I am not a number, I am about the experience and it is not designed to end.  So my weight will be the icing on the cake May 1 when I weigh myself for the second time.

Everyday is not going to be a great day, but if you have a day that brings you down, try and make it a better day tomorrow.  It is up to YOU, you can make it a GOOD one!

Till tomorrow I sign off a very grateful Cat who is thrilled to be here making a fantastic life change and I go to bed tonight thrilled that I didn't let the obstacle of my foot ruin my today.

Day 12 Fitness Ridge

Well, today started off with Total Body Conditioning, another "optional" 6:00AM class.  Once again I woke up with the roosters crowing on my way in the dark to the aerobics room.  Anne Marie seems to do all the early riser classes, and she really eases you in to your morning.  As usual, I made my way to my room around 7:00 to change into my hiking apparel.

Breakfast today was english muffins with facon (aka fake bacon) and eggs on top and a wee little bit of cheese and as always accompanied by a fruit plate.  Today I chose to go on Barrel Roll.  This is a beginner hike, and after yesterdays hike it was exactly what the doctor ordered.  I highly recommend this if you are coming here and want to have an easy hike but actually be on trails.  It wraps around a mountain in a spiral fashion with inclines that are not to hard.  I saw a lot of tire tracks from bikes and can see how this trail is loved by mountain bikers.

After the hike we had the option of a gym class or pool.  My foot has been bothering me this week, so I opted for the pool.  I have an old injury and it is acting up a little.  After our pool class it was lunch time.  Todays lunch was a greek pita and french onion soup, here I go again saying "yummy".  After lunch I filled the bags under the ice machine full of ice and proceeded to my room.  I iced my foot for awhile, then took a short nap.  I decided to tape my foot to because the upper bone seems to be agitated.

We had ball works with Sharon which works your entire body and is a funner class, haha...no really it is hard not to smile when Sharon is instructing.  I was not myself today, I am really tired from the last 12 days and regret not taking Sunday off, like recommended.  I also am trying to work around my foot injury.

Treading with Tiffany followed my ball works class, I helped encourage someone sitting next to me to step it up all the way to level 14 on the bike.  I know she was shocked she could do it, she said to me, I could be her trainer.  Of course I laughed.  She will be going home a much stronger person.

Pool was our last class and I had to improvise my swimming due to my right foot.  I kind of hopped with one foot when others were using both.  It worked out okay and I got a decent workout.  My shower followed pool, then it was off to dinner.  Dinner was stuffed chicken with rice and peach cobbler for dessert.  After dinner everyone gathered in the diningroom as we watched Marty a 68 year old man who has lost 80 pounds and pledged to his girlfriend that when he lost 50 more he would ask her to marry him.  He is here for his second week, and this week his girlfriend came to workout with him.  Well, lets just say he couldn't wait till he lost those next 50 pounds and got down on 1 knee and asked her.  Her answer was an absolute YES.  I knew she didn't want to wait, I have talked to here a lot this week.  So congrats go out to the happy couple, Beth & Marty!!

I am now icing my foot once again and hoping that some athletic tape will make it possible for me to hike tomorrow.  I am really looking forward to the weekend as I am in need of some R-N-R.  I look forward to my next 2 weeks here, I just want to be in good shape and have some concerns of my foot.  I didn't do all the planning to get here to not make it through my entire month.  There are 2 lectures going on tonight one is for the newbies the other is for departing guest.  Being neither I was able to come to my room blog early so I can rest up for tomorrow.

Lastly on a VERY positive note, I have 2 of the exact same bathing suits here and since I had pool twice today I wore one for the first time.  That bathing suit was sagging in my butt and I will need to get out my needle and thread to take it in.  So the weight is coming off, even though I have not had a scale to tell me.
Remember how awesome it feels to be smaller in your clothes, that is the gift of taking care of yourself and it comes quickly when you make the decision to change your life for the better.  I am really thrilled with my loose fitting swim suit, but it does leave me with having to do some sewing.  Good night all.

PS In regards to my blisters, they are a thing of the past.  All is good, I did the right thing and let it dry out rather than pop it and it has pretty much healed.  Thanks for your concerns!!

Day 11 Fitness Ridge

I am writing my blog late tonight, its almost 9:00pm and I should be brushing my teeth and heading to bed.  Today started with Yoga, something I never have taken before.  From what I have been told the class was harder than a beginner class.  I believe it would have been a lot easier if I had a strong fit body.  So I have promised myself to try it again in the not so far off future, when I have my strong and fit body.

Breakfast this morning was once again Muesli with fruit.  I really enjoy it, because at home I eat a bowl of oatmeal every morning.  I was signed up for 101 Third Ravine, which is a beginner hike.  But many of my fellow campers were taking the moderate, intermediate, fast intermediate third ravine so I switched it.  I am really glad I did because I was able to keep up with the fast intermediates and go to go to the top of the mountain.  This hike takes you through a dry ravine then straight up a mountain.  When you get to the very top there is stacked rocks as well as a rock that rocks when you stand on it, its called teeter totter rock.  Britney Aberle is here from Season 5 and on her second week too.  She has one more week.  I noticed that she can manage to be on her cell phone and hike.  All I can do is watch my every step to make sure I don't trip.  Turns out she is updating her twitter and facebook as we hike.  I was really happy that I took the challenge and managed to keep up with everyone.  The longer you are here, the more you want to push yourself to the next level, whether on a hike or in the gym.

After the hike I had everybody's favorite class "Stretch" if there is one thing you can not do enough of, it is stretch.  Following stretch was lunch, today we had pumpkin soup followed by Greek pizza, Yummy!   I am really going to miss all this great cooking when I go home.  Thank God for the cookbooks.  I bought both of them and mailed them back home so my daughter could try out some of the recipes before I get back.  As a matter of fact, my mother was asking me to get the cookbooks for her too so I sent them to her for her birthday which was this week.

After lunch we had mountain class, John was our trainer for the class.  He started it a little different today, playing the song "The Climb" by Miley Cyrus and reading a letter from a former guest that just left a few weeks ago.  She was singing the praises of Fitness Ridge and how it changed her life.  How the day she got there she said she couldn't do it, but she learned she could.  Never say "I can't", never.  We had some extra energy from the power of that letter and we all kicked butt in the class.

After mountain was pool, I have learned so many wonderful exercises for the pool, making me very excited about my pool at home.  I plan on buying the floating weights for my pool, and not just one set, it's a family affair!!

Our last class was kick boxing and unfortunately my foot started hurting today after my hike, so I found my self using caution in the class.  With every class we hear, "do what YOU can do, not what your neighbor can do".  And it is so true, we are all at different levels of fitness and there is no pressure to do the same as another.  They even teach alternative exercises for those with weak knees, shoulders, etc.

Dinner tonight was Salmon filet and dessert was a fruit skewer, it was another tasty and very filling meal.  Ironically, I am rarely hungry for dinner even though I burn all those calories during the day.

Following dinner they have a target run on Wednesdays for the first 12 guest that sign up.  There are a few guest with cars here as well.  I hitched a ride with two guest because the van ride was full.  I wanted another pair of hiking pants.  I chose not to wear shorts because it is too cold when we head out and because of the bushes.  It was funny to find out the girl  I                                   hitched a ride with lives a short 30 minutes away from me.  Small world!

I iced my foot and knees tonight, they keep a nice supply of plastic bags and ice for you to take to your room for any after care you might need from your day.  I hope to be 100% again tomorrow so I can continue to kick butt.  I am here, I am going to give it my all!!

Lastly, I can't say enough about this place it is absolutely wonderful, and now that I am here I understand why the alumni can't wait to come back, its a magical place where you learn one thing..."get comfortable, with being uncomfortable".  It's all good because at the end of the day, there is no place you'd rather be than getting healthy and renewing your life.

Have a great tomorrow and take charge of your life now, don't wait to get to Fitness Ridge.  If you can't come here, make change if you need to because you have to be the one in the drivers seat to make the necessary changes in your life.  And you are worth it, the benefits are many!!  Off to brush my teeth...good night all!

Day 10 Fitness Ridge

Wow, I just finished another Tuesday, and I am so exhilerated that I did it and feel pretty great.  Today started with "Hard Core".  This class starts when the roosters crow.  Seriously if you take a 6am class you do hear the roosters crowing in the distance.  I make a point of having my clothes laid out the night before so I can sleep till the very latest.  I wake at 5:40 to get ready to go to the early AM classes.  Remember these classes are NOT mandatory but if you are spending the money to come here, why not get the most out of your stay.  I skipped Hard Core last week because I thought it meant it was a really hard class.  Turns out it is a class designed to work your core.  I have felt very little muscle stress so I knew I wanted to step it up and get that work out for my middle.  This class is really good and its great for any level of fitness.  As usual, after taking my morning class I go back to my room and switch out of my aerobic clothes and put on my hiking clothes and shoes.  This is all personal preference, but for me I like to wear long pants on the hikes, because being here in April the temp is in the 40's when we head out for our hikes.

With my camelback in hand, I headed to the dining room and kind of went What? My breakfast seemed so small and I wondered how that could hold me over till lunch time.  It was very tasty apple muffin and our usual mixed fruit.  I decided that I would try everything and although I am not a huge fan of melon, I eat all my melon everyday.  Can't cheat your body with too few calories, you are working it and you need your fuel.  The muffin not only held me over, I didn't have my snack today.

So I tried all last week to get on the West Canyon hike and never could get on it, so today was the day.  It is a beginner hike with almost no incline at all.  The total for this hike is about 8 miles round trip depending on your pace.  I was just shy of the guide and the head hiker, so I figure the hike was very close to 8 miles for me.  My next class was pool and I was still trying to dry out my blister so I chose to walk back to Fitness Ridge from my hike.  I was told it was about 4 miles.  I walked it alone, something you CAN do if you are on at least your second week.  First weekers and one weekers can not walk back.  I have to admit it was really a challenge walking back after doing a hike.  But I managed to get back in 1.20 minutes.  My feet were crying when I got back, so I went to my room took some vitamin I aka Ibruprofen and raised my feet up for awhile.  I really worried that it would ruin the rest of the day for me because I was so exhausted.

Lunch was next for me, and today we had an absolutely mouth watering lunch.  We started with tomato soup and had Quinoa Lettuce Wraps for our main meal.   Absolutely wonderful, can't wait to make them at home!  Since I am on my 2nd week I didn't have to take the cooking class and chose to go to my room for a much needed break.  I could have done open gym, but with the extra walk and the early morning class I was well over what I needed to do.  And that extra walk made me need a rest.

I had pool for my next class and decided it was time to get my blister back in the water.  Sharon our "funner" trainer was teaching the class.  I really welcomed this class today as my feet needed the break the water brings.  For some reason I feel the water almost massages the sore muscles, even though we spend the entire time in the pool exercising.

I ran upstairs for a quick shower, something you get use to around here.  Then off to Cardio Intervals, my favorite class, NOT!  Okay this one kicks my butt every time.  But its all good because when it is over I have the satisfaction that that I did it.  My last class today was Total Conditioning, which includes a lot of squats and lunges, 2 things you better be prepared for if you come here!!  Being our last class of the day we were treated to 10 minutes of stretching, and that is something you come to appreciate around here.

Dinner was amazing tonight Shephard's Pie and 2 chocolate strawberries.  The pie was amazing!  Wow again I can not say enough about the food here, it is just fantastic! I think today was my favorite lunch and dinner...yummy.  Okay Michelle, the books are being mailed home, start cooking and try those 2 recipes.  Wow!

Again, Biggest Loser is set up in the aerobics room, and again I am opting for my bed to watch it.  I can put my feet up and prop my head on my pillows.  And after the workouts you do in a day its what the doctor ordered.

If you are making a trip here, make sure you start preparing yourself now by moving more and eating better.  Little changes will make it easier for you.  Regardless, we all need to keep moving and watch out for processed foods for a better tomorrow.  Make your tomorrow better by moving and eating right today.

Until tomorrow...have a great one!!
