You are blessed to have your own personal NUTRITIONIST, Michelle to help you achieve your goals. I'm at 155 lbs, which is normal for my age and height, after loosing 30 lbs over the last 10 years. As you know, I avoid everything that comes in a box or can, beef, white flour and sugar.
